In the state of Kerala, the NORKA organization will do the HRD as well. Totally three Norka branches are working regularly in Kerala for provides Norka (HRD) attestation - Trivandrum, Kozhikode and Ernakulam.and They will only allowing direct candidate or blood relatives of the candidates. We Skyroots Attestation will helps to fix appointment in Norka for the authentication process.
First step: Filling an online application form to obtain an authentication certificate, which is time saving.
Second Step: Submit the application form with original passport and all the educational documents with Norka.
Third Step: Finally, the Norka would attest the educational certificates and applicants can collect the documents from Norka centers.

- Passport copy of the mark sheet
- One passport size photograph
- All mark sheet copy
- All previous Educational certificates copy of the candidate
